But if you're a runner or an athlete, you know these repetitive movements can wreak havoc on the body.

To avoid musculoskeletal imbalances and injuries, this workshop is all about counteracting and even preventing strain on the body while increasing range of motion. 

You will learn lifelong tools specifically designed to improve the body's performance.  

This wonderful workshop will cover efficient movement through stretching, strengthening and breathing for runners and athletes.
