Level 1 is designed for those who are relatively new to yoga, and with extra guided attention, learn how to safely align the body in postures. Deep breathing and a short meditation is included in this 75 minute class. Level 2 includes strong vinyasa-oriented, intermediate classes designed to strengthen, stretch and relax the body.
