This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students. The instructor will offer modifications for any level of of beginner and intermediate students as well as more challenging poses for advanced students. Breathe, flow, stretch and strengthen with detailed instruction, injury prevention, increased mobility and a warm, safe environment.
