In this Vinyasa yoga inspired aerial movement class, you will explore mindfulness meditation in motion and alternate approaches to asanas, while enjoying soothing sounds, aromas and bodywork.

Using the assistance of the silk hammock, you will benefit from expansion of your breath, decompression of your spine, release of myofascial adhesions, activation of acupressure points along meridian pathways, increased circulation, detoxification and drainage of your lymph system, all while stretching and strengthening your mind, body and spirit.
