LEVEL 1

This level is designed for those who are relatively new to yoga, and with extra guided attention, learn how to safely align the body in postures. This is a Hatha based class. Deep breathing and a short meditation is included in this 75 minute class.

Express lunch hour yoga

This is an express dynamic, open level class designed to strengthen, stretch and relax the body. This class includes a Vinyasa flow and Dharma Mittra style techniques. Prepare to be challenged and inspired! Deep breathing and a short meditation is included in this 60 minute class.

Level 2

This level includes strong vinyasa-oriented, intermediate classes designed to strengthen, stretch and relax the body. If you've gone to yoga a few times, this class level is appropriate for you! Modifications will be made to give beginner and advanced practitioners a variety of pose options. Come prepared to sweat! Deep breathing and a short meditation is included in this 75 minute class.

LEVEL 3

The intermediate to advanced level is designed to challenge the body, learn advanced postures and sink deeper into poses while maintaining a deep meditation. Vinyasa, Hatha and Dharma Mittra style techniques are incorporated into this level. Backbends and inversions are a part of this level so come prepared to sweat! Deep breathing and a short meditation is included in this 75 minute class.

Restorative Yoga

This gentle and candlelit yoga class includes mindful movements that stabilize the nervous system and reduces stress. Perfect after a long weekend or just to energize and recharge the body. This class is great for all levels and the perfect class to de-stress. Deep breathing and a short meditation are included in this weekly 60 minute class.

GODDESS yoga workshop

This class incorporates playful movement to reduce muscular tension and help release stress. Freeform dance and deep postures help unlock and open channels to our Yin side, the feminine aspect in each of us. Deep breathing and a short meditation are included in this monthly Hatha-based,  two hour workshop with Bonnie Q.

 

BEGINNERS Class

This class is for you if you are new to yoga or just feel the need to go back-to-basics in understanding foundational postures and the principles of yoga. This class is designed to teach students how to safely stay in poses as well as transition through movements without injury. Perfect for someone who has never practiced yoga before!

This 75 minute monthly beginners level class includes breathwork and a short meditation.

Yoga Lounge hours

Yoga lounge hours are designed to provide the yoga community with a place to bring the kids while you stretch out. Yoga teachers are on hand to answer any yoga questions while the little ones play in these unstructured yoga lounge hours. Toys are provided but this is not a baby sitting service. Come and go as you please. 

Feel free to bring your lunch, relax in the garden and use the wifi.
