Introductory Active Meditation workshop focusing on self compassion, self acceptance and self love. We will start with some light yoga flow, move into active meditation practices and end with a Chakra Based Yoga Nidra. Breath-work + Chakrah’s + guided relaxation will leave you feeling stress free and centered as well as informed on ancient, current and scientific meditation practices.
