Hello Miami! And hello to those who want to visit Miami to Let Your Yoga Dance! I am delighted to be bringing Embodied Positive Psychology to Inhale Miami on Jan 26 (eve) and Jan 27 (10 am to 4 pm). Join me, Megha Nancy Buttenheim, CJO (Chief Joy Officer) and founding director of Let Your Yoga Dance, for a day and a half-long dancing yoga joy-fest!

Let Your Yoga Dance is my 25-year old moving celebration of spirit, where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. Based in the ancient yoga chakra system (the energy centers of the body), it combines gentle moving yoga, user-friendly dance, breath, meditation in motion, relaxation with fabulous world music. Let Your Yoga Dance is sometimes wild and filled with abandon, sometimes a quiet meditation in motion, sometimes completely still. In this retreat, many teaching tenets from Positive Psychology will be woven into the practice. This will give the brain and body added fuel for zest, optimism, gratitude, resilience, kindness, and strength. Through the heart and soul dance of community, together we will build positivity resonance.
