DANCING DIETY with Ishani Ishaya
This blissful hour combines yogic flexibility and bellydance basics to create body/mind balancing.
The first segment will be gentle, relaxing stretches, breath awareness to lengthen the body and increase circulation and muscle tone.
Next the focus turns to understanding bellydance basics.
Isolating rhythm and melody stimulates left and right brain, logic and flow, masculine and feminine thereby activating the entire nervous systems and increasing the ability to multi task in all areas of life!
The class concludes with layering, transitional technique, exploring devotion through dance and grounding.
Bring a yoga mat and a jingly belt!

~Ishani Ishaya began contemporary Wushu Kung-Fu in 1988, became a teacher of Ascension Meditation in 1996, began bellydancing professionally in 2001 and fire flow in 2009. Now as a certified personal trainer she combines these into a moving meditation she calls ‘BellyAscenDance’, Ecstatic Ascension through the roots of Belly Dance.
She is currently a feature performer with Quixotic Fusion in the Miami based Faena Hotel Theater production of “Sensatia” an interactive Cirque Cabaret showing through May 2018.
