This will be a workshop using many herbs in a specially Alchemically created Elixir using a Sacred Geometry crafted Wood Art, Candles, Sigils and Sound Vibration from a Uniquely crafted Tank Drum.
We start off by discussing the practices of astral travel.
Going into experiences and the stages of how to attain it.
The different things you may experience.
We will perform a ceremony around the tea before we embark on a guided water meditation by David Rodriguez AKA. The Water Magister.
After we will be laying on our backs and going into a deep trance state induced by binaural beats and a guided meditation to induce the Out of Body Experience.
Bring a crystal of your choice for this class that makes you feel safe.
The ingredients that are used are:
-Water- This water is alchemically charged by playing classical music to it for 3 days on a vinyl record player, reverse osmosis filtered, trace minerals added, himalyaian sea salt added, magnetically charged, crystal infused, placing the masculine and feminine energy into it.
This water is from 100+ different parts of the world. I have collected water from all around by being gifted and I am here to share with you the activations and gifts, knowledge that this water has to share along with the partnering of the plant medicines to support you on your journey.
-Mugwort- Mugwort was considered the ‘universal herb for protection and prophecy’ throughout the ancient world. Dedicated to Artemis and Diana, Mugwort was used for pain and healing, psychic powers and lucid dreaming. In ancient China and Japan, Mugwort was hung in open doorways to exorcise the spirits of disease. The ancient Europeans did the same to ward off evil spirits. These two separated cultures also believed that the supernatural powers of Mugwort were revealed by mermaids who came from the sea to present the herb for the good of humankind.
-Blue Lotus- The main effect you will probably sense is a pleasant feeling of warmth around the head and upper body; a very comfortable, dreamy feeling, with a slight stimulant effect. Many people relate to an expanded state of awareness with feelings of a psychic opening of the higher chakras, especially the 6th, or the third-eye.
-Gotu Kola- Gotu Kola has long been a favorite herb of Daoists, monks, yogis and sages due to its unique cerebral effects. Many Ayurvedic texts reference the herb’s spiritually enhancing properties, poetically referring to it as the ‘Herb of Enlightenment’. Meditators in particular have sought the plant out for its ability to harmonize the right and left brain hemispheres, which produces a heightened state of awareness, commonly seen in people demonstrating what Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi has popularized as flow states—states where one becomes intensely absorbed with the activity at hand, in which learning and brain circuitry are significantly enhanced.
-Holy Basil- But perhaps the most interesting aspect of the Tulsi story is that yogis and spiritual seekers throughout the ages have also been fond of Holy Basil for slightly more esoteric uses. Likely having something to do with its pronounced effects on the nervous system, Tulsi is a powerful bio-energetic field harmonizer, meaning that it restores and balances the subtle electromagnetic fields generated by the mind and body that are becoming increasingly recognized by forward-thinking researchers and physicians as an important factor in human health. In yogic philosophy, Tulsi is considered to be one of a handful of unique herbs that is able to balance the chakras, which are energy centers in the body with an unusually high concentration of intersecting nerve pathways.
-Thyme- Thyme is feminine in nature and associated with the element of water and the planet Venus. Thyme is also associated with Freya, Aphrodite and Ares.
Thyme can be used in magick spells to increase strength and courage.
When working hard to achieve a goal that seems un-achievable, thyme can be used in spells to help you keep a positive attitude.
Smudge your home with thyme to dispel melancholy, hopelessness and other mellow but negative vibrations, especially after a family tragedy or during a long sickness.
Place thyme beneath your pillow for a restful sleep and happy dreams and to prevent nightmares.
Faeries love thyme. Its addition to your garden will attract them and it can be used in spells to communicate with faeries.
Thyme is excellent in ritual baths and smudging for early spring festivals when we seek to leave the old behind and begin anew.
-Vervain- Vervain resonates with the energy of Gemini, the planet Venus and the element Water. It is considered feminine in nature. Vervain is associated with Cerridwen, Isis, Thor, Jupiter. It can also be used in Midsummer celebrations.
Vervain combined with any other herbs in magical work is believed by some to enhance the action of these herbs.
The vervain plant may be bruised and worn about the neck for protection from both headaches and snakebites. This charm is also said to bring help to you when you need it, no matter how dire your situation. A fresh sprig carried on your person helps protect from baneful magick spells cast against you.
Vervain may be planted or placed around property to protect it from damage by bad weather.
Vervain may be used in rituals to Thor or Jupiter. It may be burned as an offering or infused into water and sprinkled on the altar for purification. In Hellenic rituals, the plants may be bundled and used to sweep the alter or ritual area or dipped into sacred water to asperge the altar or ritual area.
It can also be used in a wash to rid an area or person of negative energies and may be combined with dill for this purpose.
Vervain may be used in love spells to rekindle a dying love. It may also be woven into bridal wreathes or carried in bridal bouquets to ensure love to the couple.
Drinking the a tea made of vervain is said to ward off vampires.
A vervain plant buried in the garden will bring abundant crops.
The leaves may be burned to attract wealth.
-Calea Zachachichi- Calea is perhaps the best known of all Dream herbs. The Chontal Indians of Mexico used this shrub traditionally for lucid dreaming. I personally prefer growing mine as the fresher the herb is, the better. Calea can be consumed in tea (the flavor is pungent and bitter) or by smoking the dried leaves. A combination of smoking and drinking an infusion of the herb before bed, setting intention and focusing on one’s heartbeat creates the ideal conditions for dream-time spiritual journeying.
